Well folks, its week 3 and we're starting to get an idea of what the NFL landscape is going to look like this year. I've been treading water with my FanDuel picks so far, looking for a breakout this week. We'll take a look at one of my favorite tournament lineups below.
QB - Andrew Luck $9,000
The Colts have looked bad so far in 2015, but they face the lowly Titans this week. I'm thinking Luck may not be highly owned, and could have a gem of a game.
WR - T. Y. Hilton $7,600
I'm pairing Hilton with Luck here, expecting the Colts to get right against the Titans. Hilton should be recovered from his bruise, and no one on the Titans can hang with him.
WR - Allen Hurns $5,100
I wanted a few studs this week, so I had to save somewhere. Hurns is a nice option this week as the Jags travel north to take on the white-hot Patriots. I expect New England to put up a ton of points, forcing the Jags to air it out. Hurns is a solid option on a bad offense, at a nice price.
WR - Julio Jones $9,000
Julio Jones has been absolutely great this year. Dallas does nothing to knock him off track this week.
RB - Devonta Freeman $6,500
Going with another Falcon in that matchup against the Cowboys. With Tevin Coleman out, Freeman should have a lot of touches. The Falcons get out ahead early, then ice it away with the running game.
RB - Danny Woodhead $6,400
I can't quit Danny Woodhead. His price is still right, and while I expect Melvin Gordon's role to increase, I still think Woodhead has a lot of touchdown potential.
TE - Jimmy Graham $6,300
This is the week Graham gets on track. The Bears are awful and Seattle needs a win desperately. With Graham taking to the press to express his angst with his role so far, I'm hoping we see a steady dose of Graham this week.
K - Chandler Catanzaro $4,700
I expect the Cardinals to score early and often against San Francisco this week. Chandler saved me enough to squeeze Julio in to my lineup.
DST - Seattle $5,300
I don't usually like to spend on a defense, but Seattle needs this game. I expect the Seahawks spank the Bears, who come to town playing Jimmy Clausen.
