Week 3 Fantasy Points Allowed Charts

Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

Having trouble figuring out who to start at quarterback this week? How about who to start in your flex spot in your lineup? Yeah? Check out the fantasy points allowed charts before setting your lineups on Sunday.

I know I am not the only fantasy football owner who goes back and forth on who to start as my second running back or who to start in my flex position every Sunday morning. I check out the projections from numberFire. I check the injury reports. I check the over/under totals for the game. Anything to give me an edge.

You can check all of those sources, but one thing fantasy owners want to know is: which defenses give up the most FANTASY points (FPA) to quarterbacks or running backs. Well, the folks over at FFToday provide these exact stats. Maybe you already check them out, but I am going to start a new series here that gives you some of the FPA stats they provide on a weekly basis, along with some recommendations to start or sit a player.

I will take a look at just the top three skill positions every week: quarterback, running back and wide receiver, providing you the 12 defenses that allow the most FANTASY points to QBs, RBs and WRs during the NFL season.

Below you will see the 12 worst defenses in FPA for QBs, RBs and WRs through the first two weeks of the season:
