Help with choosing keepers

My keeper deadline is 2 days away and I have an interesting decision to make - Keep Bryce Harper or not. My league is a 3 yr keeper league. Any player kept can be kept up to 3 years, not including the year they were drafted/acquired originally. Players move up 2 draft slots each year they are kept. My keepers are:

This year's draft slot in parentheses.

Verlander (2)

Strasburg (13)

Posey (24)

Ellsbury (6)

and either Harper (23) or Ackley (23)

Here is the potential issue I have. Harper is going to kill it - when he gets there. In all probability around May 1st. Harper is also an outfielder, a position with some depth. Ackley will start the season in the Bigs and is at a position with little depth.

This should be a no-brainer for me to keep Harper. Am I over thinking the positional depth?

Yes, keep Harper. But you might consider letting Verlander go free instead of Ackley.

I have thought about that as well. The problem is that I am a Tigers fan. Secondly, I like the idea of heading into the draft with two solid starters in JV and Strasburg. Strasburg is going to be dominant, but he is also going to be on an innings limit again this year. I also think I may be able to get Ackley again in the 12-16th rd, which would not be a bad spot to get him. That being said, I may not get him at all.
