  • Rougned Odor went 2 for 4 with a pair of home runs in a Rangers win over the Rays. He would finish with 3 RBI. He is hitting just .214 on the year but does have 19 HR and 50 runs scored. Nomar Mazara was 0 for 2 with 2 strikeouts and 3 walks. Mazara has been in a major slump going 0 for his last 20.
  • Corey Kluber was dominant again in a win over the Blue Jays. Kluber pitched 7.2 innings of 1 run ball with 14 strikeouts. Kluber has a 2.74 ERA on the season with a 0.96 WHIP. Michael Brantley went 2 for 4 with a 2-run HR in the win. He finished with 2 runs and 3 RBI. He has a .303 average with 6 HR 44 RBI on the year.
  • The Rockies offense was home run happy in a 13-3 win over the Pirates. Charlie Blackmon was 3 for 5 with a solo HR. Blackmon now has 24 HR and 87 runs scored this year. Trevor Story was 1 for 3 with a 2-run HR. Story is 5 for 14 with 2 HR and 6 RBI in his last 4 games. Mark Reynolds also had 2 home runs in the win.
  • Zach Britton made history in by closing out an Orioles win over the Astros. Britton pitched a scoreless 9th with 2 strikeouts in route to his 1st save since April 14th. This was his 55th consecutive successful save opportunity. This gives him the record for the American League. The MLb record is 84 straight saves by Eric Gagne. Britton has shown the ability to be an elite closer in fantasy. Trade talk is heating up and will determine if he is still a closer by next week. Jose Altuve was 4 for 5 with a 3-run HR and a stolen base in the loss. Altuve has 15 HR and 21 SB this season.
  • Didi Gregorius was 2 for 5 with 2 solo home runs in a win over the Mariners. This was the 1st career multi-HR game for the Yankees SS. Gregorius is hitting .304 with 14 HR and 44 RBI on the season. Brett Gardner had a solo shot to start the game. He would finish 2 for 5 with 2 RBI. Gardner has 17 HR and 64 runs scored this season.
