Intense Decisions

So with the call up of Dan Strailey and Mike Olt, my need to own prospects is tearing me apart. In a 16 team dynasty league, my roster is as follows

C- AJ Pierzynski, D. Mesoraco

1B- Hosmer, Rizzo, LaRoche

2B- Kipnis

3B- Zimmerman

SS- Andrus

OF- Braun, Trout, Upton, D.Jennings, Wil Myers

SP- J.Weaver, S. Strasburg, M. Moore, H. Bailey, B. Colon, AJ Griffin, S.Miller, D. Bundy, A.Cashner

RP/P- K. Jansen, V. Pestano, C. Stammen, D. Robertson, S. Marshall, G. Perkins

I have acquired the 1st waiver and either the 1st or 2nd pick in next years draft.

I MUST have Oscar Tavares

Do I use my waiver on Olt or Strailey and hope like hell that OT doesn't get called up? Or do I hold my waiver just in case and then take him in the draft if necessary.

Also, I'm open to other suggestions for my roster, if you feel necessary.

Olt comes off waivers tonight

Taveras seems really unlikely to come up this year, since he would have to be added to the 40-man roster and ideally the Cardinals would want him to play everyday if he does come up. Since their outfield is already jammed, I don’t think it’s particularly likely. If I had to take one of the two above, I would probably take Olt ahead of Straily, as Olt could be up to stay permanently with this call up.
