New Dynasty Team: Need Guidance
Hey guys, I'm new to fantasy baseball so any suggestions would be much appreciated.
10 team new dynasty league, but it's a multi sport league so I need to try to be competitive this year.
My Team:
C: Arencebia, 1B: Huff, 2B: Kinslar, 3B: Sandoval, SS: S.Drew, OF: Stubbs, Vladdy, Morrison, UTL: Gordon
Bench: J.Montero, Ackley, Belt, D.Brown, Snider DL: G.Sizemore
SP: Liriano, E.Jackson, Hellickson, Billingsly, RP: Nunez, F.Cordero P: S.Burnett, Contreras
Bench: Bumgarner, Teheren DL: Aardsma
Do I have a chance to get to 6th and make it into the playoffs? Any guys I should dump or trade and add guys who might be out there.
Cheers,
Dusty

Who did you take with your first round pick?
No disrespect but your best player looks like Ian Kinsler and he shouldn’t have gone til like the 6th or 7th round

No Offense taken,
BUT i know me team is not good, that’s why I posted for advice. It is a multi sport league with the draft containing all the sports, NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL. I didn’t touch baseball guys until after round 50, so I’m try to work with what I have and what might be available.

Wow!
I’ve never heard of a multi-sport draft. Sounds intriguing. Except for the fact that NBA BL0WS!

honestly.
Youve got a nice young core for the future. But no top round talent. I would look to deal some of my vets (Vlad, Huff, Conteras) for younger players and play for the future. Additionally, I would be watching the Nationals closer situation, as the moment Burnett falters I think Storen is back in that role for good..

Multi Sport Draft
Pretty straight forwards really. One draft, all 4 sports involved, 96 rounds. It took a month for us to complete it. I have the best basketball team, a top hockey and football team, but my baseball team sucks. Tried to grab young guys then work the ww.

Multi Sport League
I run the league. The draft went well, but was a bit hard on the head for me. If you don’t have everyone on board ready to spend the time on the draft and be ready to pick “quickly”, it really slows things down and gets frustrating.

Hell of a concept
I like the idea of an all-encompassing fantasy league like that.
As far as your team is concerned, I think there’s potential there. Your relief corps is probably the biggest weakness, but you’ve got a treasure trove of young talent that could make you very good next year. I’d be patient and see how things play out before making any rash moves.

crazy concept
I think Id wait on football players since they have the shortest careers.
mlb and nba early.

Draft Strategy
Football players went the earliest, as the lack of depth at the key positions is always present. Hockey went early as most people’s knowledge of it was lower. Baseball went the same throughout the draft, and nba went a bit later on.
