Head to Head Reliable Players - Your Opinion

Hey guys, so I would like to know your opinions on the most reliable players for head to head leagues.
The guys I'm talking that produce many hits - drive in runs, and are consistent. Not any sleepers, this year I'm trying to focus on getting the most consistent players. Thats vital to your team when your in a Head to Head league because it boils down to that one game on there performances.
What I call 'bipolar' players are professionals who are inconsistent and have many ups and downs. So don't mention any of those.

Youk in the middle of a dangerous lineup
He will wake up to runs/rbis on a daily basis.

Has to be Youk or Choo
I gave the nod to Youk because of the lineup around him and his ability to get on base via the walk as well.

I gave it to Choo
because of steals. Youk will probably outperform in the Runs and RBIs, but Choo is reliable on 5 categories.

Had Choo last year
He had some phenomenal weeks and then some extremely cold weeks. His year-to-year stats are consistent. His week to week are bipolar. (Don’t get me wrong - I love him as a hitter - but I think the answer has to be Youk)
