The Los Angeles Dodgers have placed pitcher Clayton Kershaw on IL with back stiffness.

No Kershaw Thursday night vs the Giants unfortunately. Instead it seems Dustin May will get the call and start for the Dodgers against the Giants. Obviously early injury is not something you want to see so it’s going to be a situation to monitor.
