The Washington Football Team has made a quarterback change, benching Dwayne Haskins in favor of Kyle Allen.
Sources: The Washington Football Team is making a QB change. Kyle Allen will get the start vs. the #Rams, while former starter Dwayne Haskins goes to the bench.

Fantasy Impact
Allen’s familiarity with Ron Rivera’s offense should be noted after he played in it last year in Carolina. The shift to Allen is welcome news for anyone rostering tight end Logan Thomas as Greg Olsen had almost 600 yards last year with Allen under center. I would also expect Antonio Gibson to become more heavily involved in the passing game given how Christian McCaffrey was used by Allen last year. From a real football perspective, this move makes almost no sense. I guess Washington is gonna be on the QB market this year.
