  • Andrew McCutchen went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs and 3 RBI. The Pirates outfielder started off slow but is now hitting .314 with 6 HR and 19 RBI over the past 30 days. Gerrit Cole went 7 innings allowing 1 run on 3 hits in the win. A nice bounce back for him after disappointing over the last few weeks.
  • Ryan Zimmerman returned to the Nationals lineup and homered twice in a 10-5 win over the Braves. Both he and Daniel Murphy hit solo shots in the 1st inning. Zimmerman finished 3 for 4 with 3 RBI and 3 runs scored. He now has a .372 average with 19 HR and 52 RBI. Murphy was 3 for 4 as well and now has 11 HR and 43 RBI this season.
  • Ian Happ made his 1 hit of the game count as he launched his 1st career grand slam in the Cubs 14-3 win over the Mets. Happ was 1 of 5 Cubs players to homer. Kris Bryant was 2 for 3 with a solo shot, 3 runs scored, and a stolen base. Bryant is hitting .273 with 15 HR and 5 SB this year.
  • Brandon Drury was 4 for 5 with a home run and 3 RBI. He also had 2 doubles in the Diamondbacks 7-6 win over the Tigers. Drury is hitting .296 with 8 HR and 28 RBI in the fantasy friendly Diamondbacks offense. Paul Goldschmidt went 3 for 5 with a 2-run HR. He has 15 HR 53 RBI and 57 runs scored on the season.
  • Eddie Rosario had a great night in a Twins win over the Marniners. Rosario was 4 for 5 with 3 HR and 5 RBI. He had just 5 homers on the year heading into the game and was batting for the 9 spot. Max Kepler and Brian Dozier each had homers of their own as the Twins pile on 20 runs on 28 hits against Seattle. This all came with slugger Miguel Sano getting the day off!
