• Each team’s schedule ranking, based on opponent’s points allowed, where the #1 ranked team plays teams allowing the most points so far this season

Top 3 Waiver Wire Adds (under 50% rostered)

1. Scott Laughton, PHI, LW (16% rostered) — Hard work pays off. After working his tail off to get to the majors, Laughton’s worked his way to the 2nd line with Travis Konecny and Kevin Hayes. He has six points in his last eight games including three goals.
2. Brock Nelson, NYI, C (32% rostered) — While Nelson is on the 2nd line, the important part is the 2nd PP unit that he’s on which has materialized two points and quite a few opportunities as of late.
3. Ilya Sorokin, NYI, G (42% rostered) — I’ll admit the other week I tried to pick Sorokin up and he was gone in each league where I tried. He has four straight wins (including a shutout) and he finally let in three goals this last game after shutting down Buffalo (twice) and Pittsburgh prior to that.

Top 3 players gone cold (over 50% rostered)

1. Patrick Laine, CLB, LW/RW (94% rostered) — After seven games without a point, Laine finally got a goal and an assist. It’s natural that it takes him time to acclimate to the new surroundings.
2. Nathan MacKinnon, COL, C (99% rostered) — It’s not so much the points, MacKinnon had four points across his last seven games. It’s the goals where he’s had just one goal across his last 34 shots.
3. Jordan Binnington, STL, G (97% rostered) — Binnington has allowed at least four goals in two of his last three games and he has just one win in his last six starts. The unfortunate part is in many of these games he’s not even getting peppered with an excessive number of shots.
