Adam Thielen continues to score touchdowns and has a fantastic matchup against the Detroit Lions in Week 13.

It’s the week after Thanksgiving, which means that fantasy football playoff season is right around the corner. Decisions are now even more nerve-wracking as one wrong decision could be the difference between advancing or being eliminated. And when playing in a league filled with family and friends, being eliminated could become a major talking point at Christmas dinner.

At the wide receiver position, we won’t have Davante Adams or Deebo Samuel due to the Green Bay Packers having a bye week and Samuel being sidelined with a groin injury. That still leaves us with plenty of wide receivers to choose from across the league to insert into our lineups, whether it be in season-long or daily fantasy formats. Ahead of a crucial week for many, here are my favorite 50 wide receivers in Week 13.

WR Rankings Week 13

RANK NAME TEAM OPPONENT NOTES
RANK NAME TEAM OPPONENT NOTES
Cooper Kupp LAR vs. JAC Kupp continues to be the most consistent performer at WR with a league-high 21 fantasy points per game and has only 1 game where he saw fewer than 10 targets.
Tyreek Hill KC vs. DEN Hill has seen 50 targets in his last 4 games and he still has the bonus of being able to score a long touchdown at any moment.
Justin Jefferson MIN @ DET MIN has such a condensed target share with Jefferson and Thielen commanding the majority of targets. Jefferson should have no issues against DET's 28th pass DVOA defense.
Stefon Diggs BUF vs. NE Diggs has scored 4 TDs in his last 3 games and 6 TDs in the last 6 games. Tough matchup in NE but Diggs is seemingly matchup proof again.
Chris Godwin TB @ ATL Even if AB returns for TB, Godwin is bound to bounce back after scoring only 4.7 points in Week 12 vs. IND. TB attempts the 2nd most passes per game (42.4) so they can support multiple WRs.
Keenan Allen LAC @ CIN Allen is one of the safest options at WR as WR5 since Week 8. CIN allows the 8th most receptions to WRs this season, which benefits a PPR machine like Allen.
Ja'Marr Chase CIN vs. LAC Chase hasn't gone 2 games in a row without a TD this season and didn't catch one in Week 12. Could be involved in a shootout with LAC in Week 13.
Cordarrelle Patterson ATL vs. TB Patterson returned to being THE guy for ATL in Week 12. TB is a pass-funneling defense and they are surrendering the 4th most receptions to RBs and the 10th most receptions to WRs. So whether he's lined up at RB or WR, Patterson can be productive in Week 13.
Adam Thielen MIN @ DET Thielen is tied for the league lead with 10 receiving touchdowns and could be relied on more with the potential absence of Cook.
Mike Evans TB @ ATL Evans is tied with Thielen and Kupp with 10 receiving touchdowns and ATL allows the 3rd most receiving touchdowns to WRs this season.
CeeDee Lamb DAL @ NO Lamb appears to be returning for DAL in Week 13 and should be targeted often against NO's defense that has given up the 5th most points to WRs.
Diontae Johnson PIT vs. BAL As long as Roethlisberger is under center, Johnson will be locked into 10+ targets nearly every week. If he can score a TD on any given week, he can push inside the top 10 at WR.
Marquise Brown BAL @ PIT PIT has allowed the 6th most points to WRs in the past 2 weeks as the LAC and CIN combined for 82 points. Brown has garnered 10+ targets in 5 of his last 6 games.
Terry McLaurin WAS @ LV McLaurin continues to be one of the only reliable options for WAS on offense. Hasn't seen fewer than 7 targets since Week 1 and LV has allowed the 8th most points to WRs in the past 4 weeks.
Jaylen Waddle MIA vs. NYG While Waddle excelled as a vertical threat in college, he's been used as a PPR machine this season. Waddle is averaging the 10th most points per game since Week 6.
Michael Pittman Jr. IND @ HOU Pittman disappointed against TB in Week 12 but should bounce back against a HOU defense that is giving up the 12th most red zone targets to WRs this season.
Tee Higgins CIN vs. LAC Higgins finally found the end zone in Week 12 after 6 straight games of not scoring. Continues to be the No. 2 WR alongside Chase and the LAC have been weaker to WRs in recent weeks.
D.K. Metcalf SEA vs. SF Feels like a week where SEA forces the ball to Metcalf after he had a quiet outing in Week 12. It's still tough to trust either Metcalf or Lockett with how SEA's offense has looked since Wilson's return.
Mike Williams LAC @ CIN Williams has fallen off after a hot start but he still remains a big play threat in an offense that averages the 3rd most pass plays (39.3) per game.
Tyler Lockett SEA vs. SF Lockett has led the way at WR for SEA in recent weeks but Metcalf could be the primary target in Week 13. Both of them are fringe top 20 options unless we get another disappointing week, which could drop them even further in the rankings.
DeAndre Hopkins ARI @ CHI Hopkins could make his return for ARI in Week 13 following a 3 game absence. ARI could elect to be cautious with Hopkins, so I'm tempering expectations on the All-Pro wideout in his first game back.
Antonio Brown TB @ ATL Brown is also nearing a return for TB but he could also be limited to a certain capacity. In the 5 games that Brown has played this season, he was 7th in scoring at WR with 16.2 points per game.
Brandon Aiyuk SF @ SEA Samuel is expected to miss at least 1 game for SF, giving Aiyuk a bigger role in the offense. Won't take Samuel's role, so don't expect him to see an extremely massive workload still.
Brandin Cooks HOU vs. IND Cooks is the only offensive player on HOU that is worth using right now. IND's defense has allowed a league high 17 touchdowns to WRs this season.
Amari Cooper DAL @ NO Cooper is also expected to make his return for DAL on Thursday vs. NO. Should give a massive boost to an offense that has sputtered at times in recent weeks.
Darnell Mooney CHI vs. ARI Mooney has averaged the 5th most (17.8) points in the past 3 weeks and has emerged as the No. 1 WR for CHI. ARI has surrendered the 7th most touchdowns to WRs and CHI should be playing from behind.
Hunter Renfrow LV vs. WAS Renfrow continues to be overlooked due to not having a high ceiling but he's averaged the 16th most points per game in the past 4 weeks. With Waller now out, Renfrow could see even more targets in Week 13 against a WAS defense that gives up the 4th most points to WRs.
Odell Beckham Jr. LAR vs. JAC Beckham saw a larger role for the LAR in Week 12 and finished with 16.6 points. Could see even more usage in Week 13 against a pass-funneling defense in JAC.
DeVonta Smith PHI @ NYJ It's hard to trust PHI WRs right now due to the team not throwing much with Hurts. Smith still has a favorable matchup against the NYJ in Week 13.
Jerry Jeudy DEN @ KC DEN could be trying to keep up with KC in Week 13, giving Jeudy more opportunities through the air. Leads DEN with 24 targets in past 4 games.
Van Jefferson LAR vs. JAC Jefferson will continue to see an increased role sans Woods for the LAR. Is coming off a 16.8 point performance in Week 12.
Michael Gallup DAL @ NO I expect DAL to come out airing it out often with Zeke hampered by injury and NO having a strong run defense. Gallup had his best game of the season in Week 12 with 13.1 points.
Rashod Bateman BAL @ PIT It's only a matter of time before BAL gets Bateman his first career TD as he's carved out a decent sized role. PIT's defense has given up the 7th most yards to WRs in the past 4 games.
Courtland Sutton DEN @ KC Sutton has been extremely quiet since the return of Jeudy. Hasn't eclipsed 4+ receptons or 50+ yards in past 4 games but could be busy against KC in Week 13.
Elijah Moore NYJ vs. PHI With Wilson back under center, it's hard to trust any WR on the NYJ. Moore has still scored the 5th most points (17.2) per game in the past 4 weeks.
Marvin Jones Jr. JAC @ LAR JAC could very well be playing from behind in Week 13 vs. the LAR and the LAR have surrendered the 3rd most receptions to WRs this season.
Christian Kirk ARI @ CHI If Murray is back for ARI, Kirk could definitely finish in the top 20-30 range but ARI could be cautious to air it out often in Murray's return. Though, CHI's defense has given up the 8th most points to WRs this season.
Jakobi Meyers NE @ BUF NE contines to trust Jones to throw more in recent weeks and Meyers has the highest target share among WRs on NE. Can we get another TD from Meyers in Week 13?
Emmanuel Sanders BUF vs. NE Sanders has been extremely quiet in recent weeks with 8 catches on 10 targets in past 3 weeks. If NE attempts to take away Diggs, then Sanders could return to relevancy again this week.
Kendrick Bourne NE @ BUF Bourne has emerged as the No. 2 WR on NE with the 13th most points (13.2) per game in the past 4 weeks at the WR position.
Kenny Golladay NYG @ MIA Reports suggested that the NYG were going to get Golladay his 1st touchdown this season in Week 12 but he came up empty handed again. Has better matchup against MIA in Week 13, who are tied for the 4th most TDs to WRs this season.
Tim Patrick DEN @ KC Patrick always seems to be a go-to target for DEN whenever they need a play and with DEN traveling to KC, I expect Jeudy, Sutton, and Patrick to be relied on heavily.
T.Y. Hilton IND @ HOU Hilton has always torched HOU in his career so I wouldn't be surprised to see it again in Week 13. But it's still hard to trust this version of Hilton, especially when IND is leaning on Taylor and the ground game.
Cole Beasley BUF vs. NE BUF may need to attack NE out of the slot, which would benefit Beasley the most among BUF WRs. Beasley has also been quiet like Sanders in recent weeks and gets a tough matchup versus NE.
Russell Gage ATL vs. TB Gage is the 3rd best receiving option for ATL with Patterson and Pitts ahead of him. He could still be productive in Week 13 against a TB defense that forces teams to pass.
Tyler Boyd CIN vs. LAC Boyd is going to be hit or miss most weeks with Chase and Higgins leading the way for CIN. Caught just 2 passes for 13 yards in CIN's 41-10 win over PIT in Week 12.
Tre'Quan Smith NO vs. DAL Regardless of who plays QB for NO, Smith might be their best WR right now. He's gotten 5+ targets in past three weeks and has caught no fewer than 4 of them in each game in that span.
Kadarius Toney NYG @ MIA Toney's role continues to dwindle for the NYG and it could continue to decline if Shepard returns this week. I'd have Shepard fairly high in my rankings if he returns and Toney might fall outside the top 50 if the veteran is ruled in.
Corey Davis NYJ vs. PHI Once again, WRs on the NYJ are hard to play as long as Wilson is the starting QB. Davis has battled injuries and is now on the verge of losing his No. 1 WR status for the NYJ with the emergence of Moore.
Marquez Callaway NO vs. DAL Callaway is a TD and big play threat for NO and DAL has allowed the 5th most yards to WRs in the past 4 weeks.
