• Top 3 players who have gone “cold”
• Each team’s schedule ranking, based on opponent’s points allowed, where the #1 ranked team plays teams allowing the most points so far this season

Top 3 Waiver Wire Adds (under 50% rostered)

1. Zach Hyman, TOR C,LW (43% rostered) — He has a goal and 2 assists thus far and most importantly with Joe Thornton out for a few weeks, he’s filling in the top line alongside John Tavares and William Nylander.
2. Jake DeBrusk, BOS, LW,RW (14% rostered) — He’s first few games have been underwhelming. Despite 16 minutes played and 8 SOG, he has no points (as of Friday). Well he’s on the top line alongside Brad Marchand and Patrice Bergeron. As long as the Pasta-Man is out, I’m optimistic on some immediate returns from DeBrusk
3. Jonathan Bernier, DET, G (6% rostered) — It’s probably short lived but in his two games started he has allowed 2 goals in each while turning aside 55 total shots. His two wins across these games are Carolina and Columbus.

Top 3 Players Gone Cold (over 50% rostered)

1. Evgeny Malkin, PIT, C (99% rostered) — Malkin finally got his first goal Tuesday. He has just one point across his first four games.
2. Elias Pettersson, VAN, C (99% rostered) — One save across six games. He has yet to score across his last 13 shots.
3. Darcy Kuemper, ARI, G (89% rostered) — He’s lost three straight allowing 3 goals against or more in each game. Granted two of the games were against a talented Vegas team. As I mentioned a few weeks ago I think Antti Raanta is their path to victory. He allowed 3 goals in his one start but that was their one win on the season as he turned away 34 shots otherwise.
