The lads make an early pass at catcher rankings for 2021.

You may think fantasy baseball season is over, but it’s not! It never stops. Yours truly has already participated in the #2earlymocks and the RotoFanatic October mock draft. I mean, it’s not even November, and that’s two practice rounds in the books! Hopefully you can benefit from some of our degenerate natures.

As for catchers, we all know it’s J.T. Realmuto’s world and every other catcher is just living in it. But those other catchers are people, too. We can’t all have Realmuto, after all.

As always, we’d love to have you haggle with us. Tell us why your guy is too high or too low...

I’d say I’m fond of paying up for Realmuto or Salvador Perez. After that it’s probably going to be tons of Austin Nola, Christian Vazquez, Sean Murphy, Mitch Garver. I’ll happily double-tap in that area if those guys aren’t being drafted aggressively. If I’m taking shots late, I’ll keep hoping Danny Jansen is a thing with that power in that park. Tom Murphy and Omar Narvaez are veteran bats that I like to rebound, too.

Who do you like or not like? Let’s haggle!
