QB Ben Roethlisberger has lost both games since his return from an appendectomy, and he has looks bad. I'd go so far as to say he has been Bollerian! With a sub-50% completion rate following two seasons of 60+%, I am beginning to form an opinion that he may not be able to come back for a productive 2006.
Without an effective Roethlisberger, none of the WRs offer fantasy teams much optimism. TE Heath Miller is a solid play as the expected levels of production from the position are minimal - 4 catches and 40-50 yards.
The questions surrounding the Chargers are once again centered on the play of QB Phillip Rivers. He is not asked to do a lot so his expected level of performance is only a good completion percentage and no turnovers.
With the bar so low, he isn't a good play, and I wouldn't want to be forced into starting him against the Pittsburgh defense coming off its embarasing performance in Week Three and a bye. Uh-oh.
Woe is be the Chargers offense if the Steelers stop the run!
