About 118 years ago Boston beat Pittsburgh in the first World Series. We find ourselves midway into the baseball playoffs and yet my focus remains on my waiver wire claims. Austin Ekeler continues to prove himself as a top 3 RB this season.
A few notes for Week 6
- New York Jets vs. Atlanta looks like it could showcase a lot of running.
- Injuries to Darrell Henderson, Ezekiel Elliott, Damien Harris, and Chris Carson are concerning.
- Gut feeling tells me Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Denver, and Jacksonville go run-heavy this week.
- We should continue to see tandem work with Nick Chubb/Kareem Hunt, Ezekiel Elliott/Tony Pollard, Jonathan Taylor/Nyheim Hines, and Javonte Williams/Melvin Gordon III.
