Washington Football Team’s running back Antonio Gibson was diagnosed with turf toe and is likely to miss Week 14’s matchup vs the San Francisco 49ers.
Source: Washington starting RB Antonio Gibson was diagnosed with a painful case of turf toe, which may knock him out for Sunday vs. the #49ers. His status is in doubt, but he’ll be evaluated as the week goes on.

Fantasy Impact
I’m sure fantasy playoff teams everywhere are hoping Gibson will play this week as he’s been a bright spot in fantasy this year. Gibson left Week 13’s game vs the Steelers early and Peyton Barber led the backfield with 14 carries for 23 yards and a touchdown. I’d expect Barber to be the primary ball carrier if Gibson misses this week.
