Details are still rolling in, but here’s the latest on a trade that SHOULD go through pending Jones’ physical:
Falcons and Titans still are discussing whether the package for Julio Jones will be a second- and a fifth-round pick, or a second-round pick with a swap of other picks, per sources. But the belief is the agreement will get done. https://t.co/1beR7C7VJi— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) June 6, 2021

The #Falcons get a 2022 2nd round pick and Atlanta gets the titans 4 in 2023 and they give back their 6 in 2023.
The Titans get Julio Jones.
But mostly we care about the fantasy football impact here. The Titans skill group now has some high-end weapons, with Tennessee now able to spread out defenses with two stud receivers in AJ Brown and Julio Jones, as well as running back Derrick Henry in the backfield. From a real life standpoint, this could result in loads of 1-on-1 coverage for each receiver, and more efficiency from King Henry (which is scary).
Which Titans wideout are YOU drafting first in 2021? Per FFCalculator 1⁄2 PPR ADP, AJ Brown is currently the WR6, while Jones is the WR11. We’ll have to see how those ADPs shift once the trade goes through. Me, I’m leaning towards just snagging Tannehill as a high-floor QB2 and calling it a day with this offense. Let the man throw to whoever he wants!
