It’s officially Wander Franco time. Here is what the talking heads are saying:
Wander Franco, the No. 1 prospect in baseball, is headed to the big leagues with the Tampa Bay Rays, source confirms to ESPN. Franco, 20, is a shortstop but can play second and third base, too. He’s been wrecking AAA, hitting .323/.376/.601. Rays could use him. Lost six in a row.

And this:
So is Wander Franco flying from Norfolk to St Pete or will he just walk on water down the coastlines?

Pretty good stuff, Collette. Anyway, Franco is a PRIORITY pickup in your fantasy baseball leagues. Sure, the Rays are infuriating with all of their roster maneuvering. But you don’t call up a bat like this to let him sit on the bench, do you? And it’s not every day you get to take a chance on a nearly perfect MLB prospect. Do whatever is necessary, I say.
What say you, gamers? What can we expect from 20-year-old stud prospect Wander Franco for the rest of 2021?
