Nikola Vucevic traded to the Chicago Bulls for Wendell Carter Jr., Otto Porter

The Bulls make a blockbuster move to acquire Vucevic.

The Orlando Magic have traded star center Nikola Vucevic and Al Farouq Aminu to the Chicago Bulls for Otto Porter, Wendell Carter Jr., and two first-round picks.

WE HAVE OUR FIRST BIG TRADE! Vucevic comes into Chicago averaging 24.5 points and 11.8 rebounds per game. His scoring might decrease a little now playing alongside Zach LaVine, but his boards, defense and assists should all remain constant. For the Magic, Wendell Carter Jr. is about to see a ton more playing time, after just averaging 24 per game with the Bulls. I’d trust him to start reliably putting up a double-double.
