The Miami Heat have traded Meyers Leonard and a future second round pick to the Oklahoma City Thunder for Trevor Ariza.
ESPN Sources: Oklahoma City is finalizing a trade to send Trevor Ariza to the Miami Heat for Meyers Leonard and a 2027 second-round pick. Leonard must still waive his no-trade clause because of the one-year Bird restriction on his deal, which he’s expected to do for Miami.

Fantasy Impact
Ariza hasn’t played at all for the Thunder this year, but last year gave you 11 PPG/4.8 RPG/2.0 APG/2.0 StPG starting for the Trail Blazers. I doubt he’s starting for the Heat but his defense might be worth rostering if you’re in a super deep league and are desperate. As for Leonard, you shouldn’t be rostering him anyways.
