Philadelphia Eagles’ tight end Dallas Goedert has a fractured ankle, which will keep him out of NFL action.
#Eagles TE Dallas Goedert’s left ankle is fractured, not sprained, an NFL source said. Doug Pederson said Monday that he will be out for an extended period, but source said timeline shouldn’t be too lengthy. Will depend on recovery, though.

Fantasy Impact
I’ve seen a few different timelines thrown about, my guess is Goedert is out four to six weeks. Ankle fracture isn’t something that is easy to comeback from. Without Goedert, the Eagles will be forced to target their wide receivers a bit more. Greg Ward had a HUGE Week 3 so he’s certainly worth monitoring as well as Alshon Jeffery who should be making his debut soon.
