Friday Fun: What is the best sports movie of all time?

Way back when I first took over Fake Teams, I started writing weekly Friday Fun articles in which I’d ask some random sports question and help distract you from the relentless ticking and tocking of the clock as you waited to get out of work.

You may not be sitting in your office watching the clock right now, but everyone can get excited for the weekend and nothing helps that quite like procrastinating work, so I’m back to offer my assistance once again.

To start the reboot, I’ve started with a question that hopefully will offer a lot of differing opinions. In your eyes, what is the best sports movie of all time?

My answer: Remember the Titans

Not only is Remember the Titans a truly amazing sports film, it’s just a truly amazing film. The movie offers everything you look for in a great sports movie: action, humor, a strong moral message, the sport is actually played well on screen, Ryan Gosling getting roasted all over the field, IT HAS IT ALL!

I DARE you to watch this clip and not go charging through a brick wall.
