The Seattle Seahawks have reportedly offered a contract to ex-Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman.

Fantasy Impact
There are few offenses who love to run the football more than Pete Carroll and the Seahawks so the landing spot for Freeman would certainly mean he’d have at least mild fantasy value in 2020. Really the big takeaway from this is that Rashaad Penny might still be a ways off from playing after tearing his ACL last year after flashing a few times. That’s a huge blow to Penny owners in dynasty leagues.
