2020 Fantasy Football Rankings: Wide receivers for Week 5

Ranking the best 48 wide receivers for Week 4 fantasy football.

NFL: Arizona Cardinals at Carolina Panthers Jim Dedmon-USA TODAY Sports

Here are my wide receiver rankings for Week 5 of fantasy football. There are plenty of great matchups this week to take advantage of in your fantasy leagues.

With Davante Adams on bye, DeAndre Hopkins coming off a down week, and Michael Thomas maybe not playing (stay tuned for any updates there), Adam Thielen earns himself the top spot, facing a Seahawks defense that’s just hemorrhaging fantasy points to wide receivers. I also love me some Justin Jefferson again this week because, like I said, the Seahawks defense is HEMORRHAGING fantasy points to wide receivers.

I’m officially giving Robby Anderson the credit he’s due and ranking him not only ahead of D.J. Moore, but as a WR1. Yes he’s WR11 but still, that’s WR1 territory. I do like Moore to offer fantasy managers serious return this week against the Falcons as a possible get right game, but I can’t ignore how much of a baller Anderson has been to start the year.

Cooper Kupp, Robert Woods, and Terry McLaurin all get bumped down due to their game. Both Washington and Rams have been terrific against wide receivers so far this season. McLaurin was the hardest for me to rank because while he’ll likely get the Jalen Ramsey treatment, he also could just be peppered with targets with Kyle Allen entering the starting gig. Or Allen will completely ignore him and we’re gonna be in for a massive Logan Thomas/Antonio Gibson game. You see my predicament.

Deebo Samuel and A.J. Brown are back and you should be starting them with confidence. WR2 territory for both.

T.Y. Hilton, show me something.
