Here are my Week 8 wide receiver fantasy football rankings. There are plenty of great matchups this week to take advantage of in your fantasy leagues.
Welcome to the WR1 ranks Tyler Boyd! The Titans’ secondary has been picked on all season and with the Bengals offense starting to click fully into gear, and Boyd emerging as the clear go-to target for Joe Burrow, it’s more than time to give Boyd the respect he deserves.
Who’s ready for Brandon Aiyuk to go off again this week? Deebo Samuel is out meaning that once again, Aiyuk leads the 49ers’ receiver room. Coming off his best game of the season, Aiyuk now gets to go against the Seahawks and we all know how generous they’ve been with fantasy points. I’m fully preparing for Aiyuk to have 60+ yards receiving and another 40 on the ground. Let’s sprinkle in a touchdown or two and call it a day.
Cole Beasley should be rostered and started in every league.
I really wanted to rank Nelson Agholor higher but I just couldn’t find a place that fit for him. Agholor has been a WR2 the last three weeks and now goes against the Browns. I like both him and Henry Ruggs (if he can stay on the field) to have strong games this week.
Julian Edelman falling and Scotty Miller rising to meet right at 42 overall feels very poetic. He who once has Tom Brady vs he who currently has Tom Brady. Sigh.
SHOW ME SOMETHING T.Y. HILTON!
