Welcome to the Fantasy Hockey Forecaster! In here, you’ll find:

• Each team’s ranking for goalies, forwards, PK and PP against the other teams in the league. These stats are as of 1/17/2020:
• Three players who are on fire (this might not even be points wise, it might be an uptick in play that signals to me they are on the cusp of some point production
• Three players who are cooling off (this will also include players that aren’t materializing the way we expect)
• Three free agent pickups (among all players under 50% owned, preferably some in the single digits and some that are close to 50 to feed all different sizes of leagues
• The schedule which will show each team they play and what the individual rankings are for each matchup, this is more useful in the daily leagues where you are looking at individual matchups

Artemi Panarin (100% owned) — Artemi is neck and nick with Nikita with four goals, nine assists, +5 and two power play points over that same time.

Andrei Vasilevskiy (99% owned) — With Andrei so go the Lightning. He has five wins in his last five starts allowing just 6 goals. 6. Goals. In five games.

3 players who are cooling off

Claude Giroux (98% owned) — Claude has just two assists and a -4 across his last seven games.

Sean Monahan (84% owned) — Sean has two assists and a -3 across his last six games going scoreless across his last nine shots.

Frederik Andersen (99% owned) — In his last five starts, he has one win and has allowed 15 goals or 3.92 GAA.

3 free agent pickups (under 50%)

Ilya Kovalchuk (23% owned) — He seems quite comfortable in Montreal, scoring 3 goals in his last two games, Ilya now has seven points in his last seven games.

Roope Hintz (37% owned) — Roope came out blazing early in the season and then his a cold streak, well, he’s back. In the last eight games he has three goals and four assists as well as +2 and four power play points.
