San Francisco 49ers’ running back Tevin Coleman, who suffered an ankle sprain Sunday, is expected to miss time.
#49ers RB Tevin Coleman suffered an ankle sprain in yesterday’s win over the #Bucs, source said, an injury that is expected to force him to miss time. He’s having tests today (in Youngstown, OH, where the team is staying) to determine the nature of the sprain.

Fantasy Impact
With Jerick McKinnon already on IR with a knee injury, it’s full on Matt Breida season in San Francisco. That being said, if Breida isn’t available in your leagues (which I would highly doubt) go target Raheem Mostert who had a better showing than Breida in Week 1, carrying the rock nine times for 40 yards (Breida finished with 15 carries for just 37 yards). The Niners will likely sign some depth or bring someone off their practice squad but expect the backfield to be Breida and Mostert moving forward.
