2019 Fantasy Baseball Rankings: Shortstops (Part 2)

Is it truly only Wednesday? Does anyone else out there feel like tomorrow should be Friday already? Can I get an amen? Part 2 of rankings are a little delayed (meant to do yesterday afternoon) but yours truly got a chance to go run outside in a t-shirt after work. That may not sound like a big deal to some of you, but when you cross certain thresholds in adult life, sometimes free time is hard to come by. So we bumped rankings to this morning. Plus, yesterday was jam packed with things to read! Go read it all.

Anyway, Part 1 of our shortstop rankings dropped on Monday. Since then we’ve also enjoyed Mark’s bold predictions and Punk’s targets for the shortstop position. Later today we should have Joe’s sleepers, and on Thursday we should have Zack’s top prospects. Friday is staff targets and avoids, like always.

For now, here’s Part 2 of our shortstop ranks. Let us know who we are too high or too low on. Aside from the gentlemen listed below, notable omissions from the Top 30 were Asdrubal Cabrera (my SS26), J.P. Crawford (Zack’s SS26), Marwin Gonzalez (Punk’s SS27, Heath’s SS30), Orlando Arcia (Mark’s SS28, Joe’s SS30), and Brendan Rodgers (Zack’s SS30).

That might be a bit clunky in the preceding paragraph, but the point is that all of those guys received votes inside the Top 30 and were worth mentioning.
