An update from a sports and specifically fantasy perspective

NCAA

The NCAA brackets are set. Davidson’s Atlantic 10 victory over Rhode Island means that one team was out. That team was Notre Dame. The last to make it in was Syracuse.

oh and watch DeAndre Ayton - he could be the next NBA star

NBA

Ed Davis (11% owned) has been a rebound machine over the last 10 days. Portlandians (Portlanders?) seem to be loving what he’s bringing.

Golf

Tiger may have finished 2nd but take note of what Paul Casey has done lately - six top 20 finishes out of seven starts this season. Next level putting going on for Casey.

updated Masters odds

NASCAR

Kevin Harvick as the first player over 40 to win 3 in a row in over 20 years. If you are watching any of this, it appears to be one part his racing and 2 parts his car is just flat out mooooooovin’.

NHL

Austin Watson is getting hits, goals, SOG, assists, plus minus you name it. Oh and he’s 5% owned. Bonus fantasy points not provided for him being a standup guy.

MLB Spring Training

I know it’s ‘just’ Spring Training but i’d be willing to give Jose Pirela’s bat a chance given his league high .481 average right now. Oh and it’s not just me willing to give him a chance

MLS

Diego Rossi is pretty much dominating MLS right now leading in goals and assists.
