No change at the top this week as the Saints eased past the Falcons on Thanksgiving to maintain their grip on the 2018 rankings. Their league-leading offense took a backseat as the defense took over the game and over the past three weeks, the Saints have by far the top defense in the league, with a rating of just -10%,
The Ravens climb back up to second as the Lamar Jackson era has started with back to back wins and the win over the Raiders was their best rating since Week 6 as they dominated all three phases. The Bears drop two places to 4th as they posted their lowest rating of the season (-8.6%) in the win over the Lions, their 5th win in a row.
There’s little change at the bottom with the Cardinals, Raiders and Jets still making up the bottom three and all three saw their season to date rating fall week on week. The Cardinals season to date rating of -35.3% currently ranks as the 4th worst team I’ve graded since 2007, behind only the 2008 and 2009 Lions (-40.2% & -40.5%) and the 2009 Rams (-40.4%).
