Fantasy Basketball Rankings: Rookie ADP rankings

Rankings the rookies.

NBA: Preseason-Utah Jazz at Sacramento Kings Sergio Estrada-USA TODAY Sports

Here’s where the nation is on the rooks, in order of how they were drafted, and ESPN’s ADP as of 10/13/18. Interesting to see how the country views the younguns. Grayson Allen being drafted before Mikal Bridges and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is a little out of control. All three of them are listed as third at their position on their respective depth charts, but, I mean, get real, that has to be Duke Nation, no? Do we think Dukie Gray will supplant Donovan Mitchell in the rotation?

Anyway, if you have an open roster spot after your draft, or due to injury, then I’d advise picking up one of the super available rooks, Elie Okobo in particular.

  1. Deandre Ayton (36th ADP)
  2. Marvin Bagley III (80th ADP)

  4. Jaren Jackson, Jr. (127th ADP)
  5. Trae Young (68th ADP)
  6. Mo Bamba (125th ADP)
  7. Wendell Carter, Jr. (89th ADP)
  8. Collin Sexton (98th ADP)
  9. Kevin Knox (87th ADP)

  13. Jerome Robinson (+250 ADP)
  14. Michael Porter, Jr. (173rd ADP)
  15. Troy Brown, Jr. (+250th ADP)
  16. Zhaire Smith (+250th ADP) (I picked him up to stash in my league, big fan of his.)
  17. Donte DiVincenzo (214th ADP)
  18. Lonnie Walker IV (+250th ADP) (not even to stash?)
  19. Kevin Huerter (+250th ADP) (I think he’ll see more minutes than people assume.)
  20. Josh Okogie (+250th ADP)
  21. Grayson Allen (168th ADP) (?)

  • Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk (209th ADP) (#47 NBA Draft)
