Carlos Correa, Charlie Blackmon, Luis Severino, more!

A look at the fantasy performances from September 27, 2017

Ray Carlin-USA TODAY Sports
  • Carlos Correa had a big game in a Astros win over the Rangers. Correa was 4 for 5 with a pair of home runs. He would finish with 4 RBI in the win. Correa is hitting .308 with 23 HR and 81 RBI in 106 games this season. George Springer was 2 for 4 with a grand slam. He finished with 2 runs scored as well. Springer now has 34 HR and 85 RBI this year. The Astros outscored the Rangers 37-7 in their 3 game set.
  • Charlie Blackmon was 3 for 6 with 1 run 1 stolen base and 3 RBI in a Rockies win over the Marlins. Blackmon leads the league with 136 runs scored. He is also leading the NL in batting average at .328. He also has 36 HR and 14 SB.
  • Jake Lamb was 2 for 3 with a solo HR in a Diamondbacks win over the Giants. He also had a steal. Lamb is hitting .250 this season with 29 HR 103 RBI and 6 SB.
  • Josh Bell was 3 for 4 with a 2-run HR in a Pirates win over the Orioles. He finished with 3 RBI in the game. Bell now has 25 HR and 87 RBI on the season. Felipe Rivero pitched a scoreless 9th inning to nail down the save. He now has 20 saves on the year with a 1.70 ERA.
  • Luis Severino tossed 6 innings of 1 run ball in a Yankees win against the Rays. He allowed 4 hits and struck out 9. Severino is presumably done with the season. He finishes with a 14-6 record and a 2.98 ERA. The Yankees starter has serious top 10 SP upside and should be treated as such going in to 2018.
