- The Indians blanked the Tigers 11-0 as they won their 19th in a row. Jose Ramirez went 1 for 1 with a 2-run HR. He finished with 3 RBI on the night. Ramirez is hitting .308 with 26 HR and 73 RBI. Carlos Carrasco tossed 6 shutout innings. He allowed 7 hits while striking out 9.
- Mitch Haniger went 3 for 4 with a 2-run HR in a Mariners loss to the Rangers. Haniger has 12 HR and a .278 average on the year and has been heating up of late.
- Marco Estrada pitched well in a win over the Orioles. The Blue Jays starter went 5 innings allowing 2 runs on 4 hits. He had 7 Ks in the win. Estrada is now 8-8 on the year with a 4.96 ERA.
