Daily Fantasy NBA value pick: Jaylen Brown

Here’s one player you can get at a bargain in daily fantasy.

NBA: Playoffs-Cleveland Cavaliers at Boston Celtics Greg M. Cooper-USA TODAY Sports

My last pick prompted nightmares.

The dude played just five minutes in a blow out loss, posting a DFS score < 4. That is NOT ideal.

I’m 14.5-18. Let’s get this one.

Pick: Boston Celtics small forward Jaylen Brown

FanDuel price: $2,100

DraftKings price: $3,000

Opponent: Cleveland Cavaliers

Yes, the East Finals have been a complete disaster for the Celtics (if you missed Game 2, which you shouldn’t feel bad about, Boston trailed by 50 at one point). But Jaylen Brown has been the source of some light in an otherwise dark tunnel.

Over the last two outings, he’s averaged 14.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in 22 minutes of action. I don’t see any reason why Brad Stevens wouldn’t continue to turn to the rookie, especially given how many of his other guys have struggled.

The price is still low. Let’s eat now.

Note: Celtics-Cavaliers is Sunday, but all Saturday entries will include this game.

FanDuel success line: 13

DraftKings success line: 15
