The 2017 NFL draft has come and gone and now it’s time to see how the dust has settled.
Here is the wide receiver depth chart for all 32 teams. The receivers labeled Starters are currently set to be the outside receivers come September. I’ve added Slot to the Backup category simply because most teams run three receivers so all three are valid options. However, on some depth charts, a slot receiver was not specified so the receiver shown is just the next in line.
For each WR, I’ve attached my current fantasy Value in standard leagues: WR1 (top 10), WR2 (11-25), Flex (26-45), Flier (worth a late pick) and Don’t Bother (pretty self explanatory). This value is as the roster currently stands.
Enjoy!

Quick Thoughts:
- Expected more of a shake up in my rankings given the influx of receiving talent but not too much changed. The top guys are clearly the top guys and there is definitely some real high-potential guys I currently have ranked as WR2 or even flex options.
- I think I’ve expressed already my level of excitement towards Corey Davis ending up with the Titans. Still, I can’t get enough of this and his impact on the Titans is big. He immediately bumps Rishard Matthews to a flex option in my book and you can disregard pretty much any other receiver on that team not named Delanie Walker. Davis is going to be the real deal (fingers crossed).
- There was a small part of me that wanted to put John Ross as a WR2 on the list but the much larger, sane part of me went against that idea. Ross did end up in the perfect location but the speedster won’t have the day one targets that Davis and Mike Williams will have. And even with Williams, he’s a fringe WR2 to me. Keenan Allen is still the head receiver in
San DiegoLos Angeles and if he can stay healthy, I’d expect him to still receive most of Philip Rivers’ targets. - Names to keep eyes out for: ArDarius Stewart (3rd rd pick for Jets), JuJu Smith-Schuster (2nd rd pick for Steelers), Carlos Henderson (3rd rd pick for Broncos), Ryan Switzer (4th rd pick for Cowboys), Kenny Golladay (3rd rd pick for Lions), Cooper Kupp (3rd rd pick for Rams). All these guys are starting a few places down in the depth chart but could see their roles increase given playing time.
