  • Copy and paste from yesterday, Freddie Freeman hit another homer! Freeman was 2 for 4 with his 14th bomb of the year in a Braves 9-5 win over the Blue Jays. Matt Kemp was 2 for 5 with 4 RBI. Kevin Pillar hit his 6th HR of the season in the contest. Pillar is hitting .313 with 27 runs scored on the year.
  • The Rays hit 5 home runs in route to a 6-4 win over the Indians. Corey Dickerson was 2 for 5 with 2 homers in the game. He’s batting .333 with 8 HR and 24 runs scored so far in 2017. Jake Odorizzi was solid is the win. He went 6 innings allowing 4 runs and striking out 5. This effort puts his season ERA at 3.16.
  • Yu Darvish was on point in a winning effort against the Phillies. The Rangers ace went 7 innings of 1 run ball with 9 Ks. Darvish has a 2.76 ERA 1.09 WHIP and 61 K in 58.2 innings.
  • The Astros turned on the offense early with 8 runs in the 1st 3 innings in route to an 11-2 win over the Marlins. Dallas Keuchel went 5 innings allowing 2 runs with 4 Ks. He was pulled early due to the score but still manged his 7th win of the year. Brian McCann was 2 for 5 with 4 RBI. McCann is hitting .276 with 6 HR and 25 RBI on the year.
  • Charlie Blackmon was 3 for 5 with a homer and 3 RBI in a Rockies win over the Twins. Blackmon has a .319 average with 9 HR and 30 RBI on the season. Greg Holland came on to record the final out of the game and nail down the save. He remains perfect on the year going 17 for 17 in save chances.
