Streamers

Rich Hill @ San Francisco Giants

2017: 8.0 IP, 3.38 ERA, 6.39 FIP, 7.88 K/9, 5.63 BB/9, 2.25 HR/9, .250 AVG

Career vs. Active Giants: .361/.403/.492, 1 HR, 66 PA

Career @ AT&T Park: .278/.321/.431, 1 HR, 79 PA

Hill is coming back off the DL today from one of his many blister injuries he has sustained over the years. Over his career batters have only hit 28.9% batted balls with hard contact against Hill. The active Giants hitters have had a lot of luck against him in the past, but with some of the changes he has made in the last couple seasons he looks to be a great streaming option for Tuesday.

Kyle Freeland @ Minnesota Twins

2017: 40.0 IP, 2.93 ERA, 3.54 FIP, 5.85 K/9, 4.05 BB/9, 0.23 HR/9, .230 AVG

Career vs Active Twins: N/A

Career @ Target Field: N/A

Freeland has been a pleasant surprise for the Rockies and any fantasy owners who have been lucky enough to add him to their rotation. He has one of the best GB/FB this season which is at an impressive 3.52. He is going up against a Twins lineup that has a good amount of power on Tuesday, but with that power comes a lot of strikeouts. As long as Freeland can keep the ball on the ground on Tuesday he should walk away with the W.

CC Sabathia @ Kansas City Royals

2017: 39 IP, 5.77 ERA, 5.17 FIP, 6.23 K/9, 3.92 BB/9, 1.38 HR/9, .269 AVG

Career vs. Active Royals: .236/.266/.371, 1 HR, 92 PA

Career @ Kauffman Stadium: .271/.319/.386, 9 HR, 548 PA

Sabathia is going up against one of the worst offensive teams in 2017. Sabathia has been able to produce a decent 1.62 GB/FB this season all while holding hitters to a 22.5% soft contact on batted balls. The 35.7% hard contact on batted balls batters have against him in 2017 should worry fantasy owners a little bit, but the poor offensive production from the Royals will make for an interesting match-up on Tuesday.

Dreamer

Phil Hughes vs. Colorado Rockies

2017: 38 IP, 4.74 ERA, 4.57 FIP, 5.45 K/9, 1.89 BB/9, 1.42 HR/9, .291 AVG

Career vs. Active Rockies .367/.364/.733, 2 HR, 31 PA

Career @ Target Field: .275/.295/.446, 37 HR, 1067 PA

Hughes is going up against a team with a lot of power potential in the Rockies. Batters are known to hit balls with a lot of hard contact when Hughes is on the mound, and with a power hitting team like the Rockies this will probably not end well for the Twins starter. On a side note for those who play in daily fantasy leagues, Mark Reynolds is 3 for 12 against Hughes and has two home runs against the veteran right-hander.
