So, about last night.
I’m frustrated. The pick, Willie Cauley-Stein, was absolutely balling. He had 14 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 blocks through the first three quarters (27.4 FanDuel points, 28.3 DraftKings points), and was looking like a lock to hit the success lines I set.
And then coach Dave Joerger didn’t play the big fella in the final 12 minutes. It’s as if he doesn’t care about my daily fantasy predictions.
Anyway, I’m 2-2. Let’s try again.
Pick: New Orleans Pelicans shooting guard Jordan Crawford
FanDuel price: $3,600
DraftKings price: $4,100
Opponent: Golden State Warriors
REVENGE GAME.
Jordan Crawford played for the Warriors back in 2013-14, so I’m thinking he tries to put on a show at Oracle.
The Pelicans will be without AD, Boogie, and E’Twaun Moore (AKA a large bulk of their offense). Expect Crawford to get substantial minutes and put up a substantial amount of shots. The dude is definitely not shy (was 10/16 from the field against Denver last night). In a contest that’s likely to be fast paced, Crawford has the potential to shine. Let’s get it.
FanDuel success line: 22 points
DraftKings success line: 24 points
