NFL Picks: Week 14

Yours truly is going to keep it short. Here is a nifty table of our year-long statistics so far:

Matias is on a lonely perch tonight, the only guy able to select the Falcons. I considered it, and I do expect the Falcons to try to grind this out on the ground, but at the end of the day I can’t pick against Alvin Kamara and Drew Brees.

Unanimous picks include: Bills, Bengals, Chargers, and Patriots.

JEB is out on a ledge with the Browns, which would be a stirring upset given that the Packers aren’t totally out of contention yet. That should be a motivated Green Bay team, knowing they can win one against the Browns and theoretically get Aaron Rodgers back.

Clark is all by his own with the Giants, a pick I do not understand. And I am a Giants fan. I want too root for Eli, but I do not think that team can win with McAdoo. But I will be rooting for Eli to shred that Dallas secondary. At the end of the day, Dak will prevail.

I am embracing my Panthers fandom and picking them at home over the Vikings. The Vikes travel well (so I’m told) but the Panthers are not strangers to gritty, defensive games. Call it a hunch, call it homerism, call it whatever—give me Cam at home.
