The NFL came down with their punishment for Rob Gronkowski and the Patriots’ tight end will be suspended for one game:

This is 1000% the right call as Gronk acted completely out of line, tackling Bills’ cornerback Tre'Davious White’s head into the ground after the play was over.
After the game, Gronk did apologize for the hit:

"I want to apologize to No. 27. I'm not in the business of that. I mean, there was a lot of frustration and I was just really frustrated at that moment and it just happened naturally through emotions. ... I just want to apologize to Tre'Davious White."
This suspension won’t really hurt the Patriots as a) they’ve played without Gronk before and b) have plenty of other weapons to spread the ball to. Where this will have the biggest impact is obviously fantasy football as the playoffs are just starting for many and Gronk is about as good as it gets when it comes to fantasy tight ends. But fear not, if you are a Gronk owner, here are a few guys you could snag to stream this week:
Cameron Brate (55% owned): I know I said he’s done but while O.J. Howard seems to be Ryan Fitzpatrick’s go-to tight end, Brate is clearly Jameis Winston’s. He’s coming off a two touchdown performance so he’ll get you the points you need.
Julius Thomas (32% owned): Thomas has scored three touchdowns in the last five games and has been a focal point of the Dolphins’ passing attack, when there is enough of one to write home about.
Ricky Seals-Jones (28% owned): Can’t not mention our favorite tight end on the RB1 Podcast. Seals-Jones has been a go-to guy for Blaine Gabbert and the Cardinals’ offense and he faces the Titans this week.
