Welcome to the song that never ends people. Friday, the Second Circuit Court granted Ezekiel Elliott a temporary stay of his suspension, making him eligible to play Week 9 against the Chiefs:
Ezekiel Elliott is back for this week. 2nd Cir just granted request for administrative stay.

There really isn’t much to be said about this other than that it’s quickly turning into a legal circus that the NFL clearly has no control over. Fun.
From a football standpoint, obviously this is great news for fantasy owners and football fans alike. Zeke has returned to rookie levels of excellence and faces a Chiefs defense ranked 29th against the run (per RORD). As a football fan it’s also good to see the best players playing given the Deshaun Watson news that just came out and how many injuries we’ve already had to deal with this season.
I’m just sorry for all you Zeke owners who started Matt Forte or LeSean McCoy or Bilal Powell thinking Zeke wouldn’t play. That’s tough.
