Reminder: Always double check the lineup card before rosters lock to make sure that a player you've chosen to roster is playing that day, and check the weather to make sure your players won't get rained out of their game.

FanDuel has made some tweaks to their scoring criteria for 2016. Check that out here. FanDuel is also only available to play for money in specific states. See their website for more details to see if FanDuel is playable for cash in your home state.

A few hitters stick out as having some value based on their price and skill level, and most of them are priced modestly in the lower third 3k range.

Robinson Cano ($3,200) and Kyle Seager ($3,300) have both hit RHP to a significantly above average level this year with a wRC+ of 142 and 150 respectively. Both have ISOs in the .230 range vs RHP, so they are power threats. They get a better park to hit in at Houston and face an average right handed pitcher. Mike Fiers is allowing a 4.12 FIP and .746 OPS to lefties this year, both about league average.

JD Martinez ($3,200) has hit RHP to a 151 wRC+ and .240 ISO and faces below average Mike Clevinger, who is allowing a 5.98 FIP and .890 OPS to RHB this year.

Joc Pederson ($3,300) has hit RHP to a 148 wRC+ and .275 ISO and faces below average Paul Clemens, who has a 4.86 FIP vs LHB, although it comes with an above average .679 OPS against. The FIP suggests some regression vs lefties, though.

Lucas Duda ($2,400) just returned from healing a back injury and has hit RHP to a 114 wRC+ and .211 ISO this year, but has a history of much better production vs righties and might return to something closer to that level if he's healthier than he was earlier in the year. Duda faces average RHP Tom Koehler, who has a 4.52 FIP and .767 OPS against lefties this year. Duda is priced just $400 above the minimum.

Rostering some of these hitters at moderate prices gives more flexibility to go after a higher priced pitcher.
