Reminder: Always double check the lineup card before rosters lock to make sure that a player you've chosen to roster is playing that day, and check the weather to make sure your players won't get rained out of their game.
FanDuel has made some tweaks to their scoring criteria for 2016. Check that out here. FanDuel is also only available to play for money in specific states. See their website for more details to see if FanDuel is playable for cash in your home state.
There are some very good but expensive hitting options for today's game. A fantasy owner won't be able to play all of these unless rostering a very low salary pitcher, which I generally like to avoid doing. But these are some players to consider for today.
The best hitting stack for me is the Red Sox against Tim Lincecum. The Red Sox are the #1 offense vs RHP and face one of the least effective pitchers in the game currently. Lincecum is allowing a .452/.566/.869 (!!!) slash line vs RHB so far since his return with an 11.43 FIP. He's allowed a .338/.354/.532 line to LHB with a 3.55 FIP. The best righties in the Red Sox lineup vs RHP are Mookie Betts (137 wRC+, .234 ISO) and Xander Bogaerts (125 wRC+, .143 ISO). David Ortiz (189 wRC+, .381 ISO) and Jackie Bradley Jr (153 wRC+, .283 ISO) are also strong options. Ortiz is incredibly expensive at $5,300, though. The Red Sox also get a park downgrade in Anaheim.
Lefty killer Jose Altuve faces below average lefty Matt Boyd. Boyd is allowing a .264/.327/.449 line to LHB this year. Altuve has been a top 5 hitter vs LHP the last 2 seasons.
Matt Kemp ($3,200) is affordable and faces below average Brandon Finnegan. Finnegan is allowing a .241/.334/.484 line to RHB this year with an ugly 6.28 FIP. Kemp is destroying LHP to a 161 wRC+ and .352 ISO this year.
