Reminder: Always double check the lineup card before rosters lock to make sure that a player you've chosen to roster is playing that day, and check the weather to make sure your players won't get rained out of their game.

FanDuel has made some tweaks to their scoring criteria for 2016. Check that out here. FanDuel is also only available to play for money in specific states. See their website for more details to see if FanDuel is playable for cash in your home state.

The Rays, the #3 team vs LHP by wRC+, face significantly below average LHP Jorge de la Rosa in Coors Field, the best run scoring park in baseball. de la Rosa has allowed a .296/.383/.505 line to RHB this year with a 5.46 FIP. Rays righties that stand out as excellent plays are Logan Forsythe ($4,900), Brandon Guyer ($3,900) and Evan Longoria ($4,500). Forsythe has a 165 wRC+ and .294 ISO vs LHP since the start of last year, with a 169 wRC+ and .279 ISO this year. Guyer has a 157 wRC+ and .206 ISO vs LHP since the start of last year with a 206 wRC+ and .271 ISO this year. Longoria has a 150 wRC+ and .224 ISO vs LHP since the start of last year with a 130 wRC+ and .219 ISO this year. All three of these hitters are good bets to do damage at the plate and score runs.

Since Rays hitters are so expensive, finding a decent salary relief pitcher is something I will try to do today. The player I'm looking at is Marcus Stroman ($7,100) against the Diamondbacks. The Diamondbacks have the 5th highest K% vs RHP at 23.3% and a below average wRC+ of 92. Stroman has had a very poor season by ERA, but his peripherals are decent and he'll pitch in a National League park today without the DH (although still a very good hitters park). The Blue Jays also face a below average lefty, Patrick Corbin, so run support looks likely. I'm looking for Stroman to pitch decently and be in position to get the win.

I have also heard weather reports that indicate the wind will be blowing out at Wrigley today. If that holds up, Cubs hitters against pitch to contact pitcher Bartolo Colon will be good targets. The best Cubs hitters this year vs RHP by wRC+ are Anthony Rizzo (182 wRC+), Kris Bryant (138 wRC+) and Ben Zobrist (129 wRC+).
