Week 19 of the Fantasy Hockey season begins Monday February 8th, 2016. For most of us the Fantasy Hockey playoffs begin in just five weeks! Are you ready for them? Please be sure and check your individual league trade deadlines, limits restrictions and anything else that is specific to your league and prepare your rosters! Here is what I have for you this week!
Teams with four games this week are the Anaheim Ducks, Boston Bruins, Buffalo Sabres, Colorado Avalanche, Detroit Red Wings, Florida Panthers, Los Angeles Kings, New Jersey Devils, New York Rangers, Ottawa Senators, Philadelphia Flyers and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
The Carolina Hurricanes and the Montreal Canadians have two games this week while the rest of the NHL has three games on their schedules this week!

Anaheim (Mon-Tue), Arizona (Fri-Sat), Boston (Sat-Sun), Buffalo (Thur-Fri), Carolina (Fri-Sat), Calgary (Thur-Fri), Colorado (Thur-Fri), Florida (Mon-Tue), Los Angeles (Thur-Fri), New Jersey (Mon-Tue), Nashville (Fri-Sat), Ottawa (Wed-Thur), Philadelphia (Sat-Sun), Tampa Bay (Mon-Tue) and Vancouver (Tue-Wed).
Week 19 Waiver Wire Options
Right Wing: Reilly Smith has been red hot over his last five games with 3 goals and 4 assists to his credit. He's also taken 8 shots for a plus minus rating of 5 during that same five game stretch. Smith is currently skating roughly 20 minutes a night on the Panthers first line as well as their top power play unit. Smith has just 8 penalty minutes this season, four games this week and is available in just over 50 percent of all Major Fantasy Hockey leagues.
Right Wing/Left Wing: Boone Jenner has also been hot lately and over his last five games he's scored 1 goal and 3 assists on a whopping 18 shots on goal. Healthy plus minus rating of plus 2 skating roughly 17 minutes a night on the Blue Jackets first line as well as on the top power play unit. Jenner has 42 penalty minutes this season, three games this week and is available in just over 50 percent of all Major Fantasy Hockey leagues.
Goaltender: Robin Lehner has been amazing recently and over his last five starts he is 2-3 with a 93 percent save percentage while allowing just over 2 goals per game. The Sabres have 4 games this week and Lehner will probably play in three of those and is available in just over 50 percent of all Major Fantasy Hockey leagues.
Defense: Danny DeKeyser has been very good over the past five games scoring 2 goals with 1 helper. DeKeyser had just 6 shots on goal during that stretch of games playing just over 21 minutes a night on the Red Wings third line of defense as well as their top power play unit. DeKeyser has 22 penalty minutes this season and a plus minus rating of plus 9. The Red Wings have four games this week and DeKeyser is available in just over 65 percent of all Major Fantasy Hockey leagues.
Defense: Alec Martinez has been solid over the past five games scoring 2 goals and an assist on 11 shots on goal. One of those goals came on the Kings power play where he spends time on the second power play unit as well as roughly 20 minutes a night on the Kings second line of defense. Martinez has a season long plus minus rating of plus 14 with 20 penalty minutes this season. The Kings have four games this week and Martinez is available in just over 55 percent of all Major Fantasy Hockey leagues.
Center/Right Wing: Vincent Trocheck has been red hot scoring 5 goals and 3 assists over his last five games. Trocheck also has sent 18 shots towards the net and has a season long plus minus rating of plus 4 and 24 penalty minutes this season. Trocheck skates roughly 16 minutes a night on the Panthers top line as well as the Panthers second power play unit. The Panthers have four games this week and Trocheck is available in just over 80 percent of all Major Fantasy Hockey leagues.
