ESPN'S prospect expert Keith Law published his 2016Top 100 prospect rankings earlier this morning. The top 10-12 came with no surprises, as Corey Seager is pretty much the unanimous choice as the best prospect in the game, followed by Twins outfielder Byron Buxton, Nationals starter Lucas Giolito and Phillies shortstop J.P. Crawford.
