FanDuel GPP Values Week 10

Values abound on FanDuel this weekend. Buy the ticket and take the ride!

Mercifully the 6-team-bye gauntlet is behind us. This week, 4 teams are taking a break, but there are still plenty of good value plays out there on FanDuel for the weekend. Take a look at a few of my favorite values for this week.

Kirk Cousins $7,100 – Minnesota @ Washington (-2.5), +/- 4.5

The menacing Minnesota defense, and the Vikings as a whole, have taken a big step back. This lines up nicely with two-game streak of 300+ passing yards for Cousins. With Jordan Reed back, Cousins has returned to his 2015 form, putting up very nice numbers for an offense that appears to have found its groove against. Aside from the expected points, we may get lucky with a low ownership percentage if some in the DFS community are scared off by the reputation built by that Vikings D in the first half of the season.

Jordan Howard $6,900 – Chicago (-2.5) @ Tampa Bay, +/- 45.5

It’s been up and down for the rookie rusher in Chicago. After putting up just 2 FanDuel points against the Packers, Howard silenced his critics with a 200 yards-from-scrimmage and a touchdown against the Vikings. Howard solidified his role as the lead back in Chicago, and now, coming off their bye week, the Bears will face a struggling Tampa defense. Howard ends up at a fairly reasonable price coming off of a huge game and playing as a road favorite. The time to roster Howard at a discount is coming to an end, take advantage now.

Jamison Crowder $6,000 - Minnesota @ Washington (-2.5), +/- 4.5

With DeSean Jackson listed as Doubtful, Crowder is in a nice spot to outperform his price tag. Crowder provides another consistent target for Cousins, and Cousins recent hot-streak has benefited Crowder as much as anyone with Jamison putting up back to back 100-yard showings.

Antonio Gates $5,600 – Miami @ San Diego (-4), 48.5

Antonio Gates is doing his best Chris Carter impersonation, pulling in 4 touchdowns in just 7 games so far this year. With the dearth of fantasy options at tight end, Gates gives us a nice middle of the road option price-wise, and he’s always a threat to have a big 2-touchdown game with old friend Phillip Rivers calling the shots.

New England Patriots $4,500 – Seattle @ New England (-7.5), +/- 49

The ‘Hawks looked pretty sharp last week against the Bills, but Seattle’s offensive line is giving up the most sacks per game of any club this year. With the Patriots on the warpath, I think it’s going to be a long night for Wilson and company.

Nick Novak $4,500 – Houston @ Jacksonville (-2), +/- 42

The Texans have moved the ball well against bad teams at home. On the road against the Jaguars will be their first chance to show if they’ll ever be able to generate offense away from NRG Stadium. The Jags are terrible, again, and so I expect the Texans will be able to move the ball. Novak has been putting in yeoman’s work for the Texans so far this year, and with a minimum price, he’s the cheapie play at kicker this week.
