Admittedly, this is the first time I have ranked so many players for fantasy purposes. Yeah, it's been a long time coming, for sure. In the past, I ranked my top 200 players, so this year, I wanted to move it up to 300. These rankings should help most of you that play in 12 team mixed leagues, assuming 23 man rosters, there would be 276 players drafted.
The auction values I used in my rankings assumes a 12 team, $260 salary cap, mixed league with two catchers, one first baseman, one second baseman, one shortstop, one third baseman, one middle infielder, one corner infielder, five outfielders, a utility player and nine pitchers.
This is my first iteration of my Top 300 rankings, so I am sure I missed some players that should be ranked. As we get into our Consensus Ranking series, which begins next week. I will be fine-tuning my Top 300 rankings. Once you get past 200, these rankings are really subjective, so please keep that in mind.
Also, as we get closer to Opening Day, 25 man rosters will become finalized, prospects roles will be more defined and clear, so these rankings will change,
