Week 2 TE Rankings - Standard Leagues

Heath ranks the top 32 tight ends for Week 2.

Kelce-smash will soon rival the Gronk-smash.

Check out the following tweet for some historical perspective on the domination of tight ends in Week 1 of the NFL:

If you are a fellow DFS player, you should take note of this. Choosing the correct tight end may be crucial to your daily success--especially on FanDuel where you only get one security blanket. On DraftKings, flexing a tight end might be a championship move, provided you pick the right one.

So here we go with Week 2 rankings, where I aim to trust my instincts a little more after being too lukewarm on Heath Miller in Week 1 when I should have gone all-in. Perhaps Vernon Davis is this week's Miller, as I really want to push him higher but TE16 is as high as I can stomach.

I am skeptical of Greg Olsen's chances in Week 2. Something isn't clicking in Carolina when you can barely put up 20 points against Jacksonville. The Texans stout defense won't be nearly as forgiving and will be charged up after the drubbing they received in Week 1 by Kansas City. I would temper my expectations for the steady but unspectacular tight end.

One of my favorite plays of the week is Austin Seferian-Jenkins, as logic dictates the Buccaneers will experience plenty of garbage-time in New Orleans this weekend. Take advantage, DFSers. Good luck to you all.
